That seems like a decent idea. The crunch on Snake implants is getting pretty ridiculous, for instance, with Intaki no longer supplying them. (For example, I think Snake Omegas have approximately doubled in price since Rev2.) I'm not sure about the status of other implants before and after the LP store though. Does anybody else know?
It's hard to think of good, unique offers for the minor factions though, since there isn't much in the database or in the background fluff addressed to them.

Actually, here's a funky idea: what if the minor factions offered instant standings "fixes" for other appropriate factions. For example, Syndicate corps would offer for isk and LP an x point standings increase with Angels and Serpentis,and bypassing the cap on derived standings. Probably with a cap on the final standings of zero though.
It's unique, it addresses a weakness in the current system (imo), and it seems vaguely appropriate given their role as intermediaries... Technically feasible though?

You realize increasing their usefulness would raise their prices, and it would then be hilariously ultra-rich guys flying them around for PvP? 
I agree though, and would love to see them boosted, if only for cohesion's sake.
